These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Ride Elite Car (“Ride Elite Car,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, reserving, or using our transportation services including via our website, mobile app, phone, or third-party partners, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, do not proceed with booking or using our services.


1. Billing & Charges

  • All published rates are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.

  • Chauffeur gratuity is not included in your quoted rate. Gratuity is at the client’s discretion and may be given directly to the chauffeur.

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Tolls

    • Parking and airport surcharges

    • Regulatory or fuel surcharges

    • Holiday premiums (25% surcharge applies on major U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

  • All charges will be itemized on your final invoice.


2. Flat-Rate Rides

  • Ride Elite Car offers flat-rate pricing between major cities, airports, and service zones.

Wait Time Fees

  • International flights: 60-minute grace period

  • Domestic flights: 30-minute grace period

  • Non-airport pickups: 15-minute grace period

  • After the grace period, a fee of $8.25 per five-minute increment applies


3. Stop Charges

  • Stops must be in the general direction of the drop-off location.

  • Maximum of two stops allowed per flat-rate reservation

  • More than two stops or off-route requests require hourly service

  • Wait and Return trips (same pickup and drop-off address with a stop in between) must be booked hourly

  • Stop charges are automatically included in your estimated total during booking


4. Hourly Rides

  • When flat-rate pricing does not apply, your reservation will be billed hourly.

Minimums:

  • Sedans and SUVs: 90-minute minimum (garage to garage)

  • Buses, Mini Coaches, and Motor Coaches: 5-hour minimum (garage to garage)

  • Time is billed in 30-minute increments

  • Final charges include service duration, garage-to-garage travel, tolls, parking, taxes, and other applicable fees

  • Rates vary by vehicle type


5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

No-Show Fees:

  • If the client or passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location, a no-show fee equal to the base fare plus wait time and any applicable add-ons will be charged

  • If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call us immediately to avoid this fee


6. Pet Policy

  • Pets under 15 pounds must be leashed or in a secure carrier

  • Pets over 15 pounds must be in a hard-sided crate

  • All pets must remain in the rear passenger area

  • Certified service animals are always welcome and exempt from crate requirements

  • Notify us in advance when traveling with pets


7. Child Safety Seats

  • Available upon request for $25 per seat

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for installation

  • Chauffeurs are not permitted to install child safety seats

  • Availability is limited and must be requested when booking


8. Prohibited Items

  • Alcoholic beverages (unless approved in advance with proper licensing)

  • Smoking or vaping

  • Firearms or weapons

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Glass containers (unless authorized)

  • Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund


9. Lost & Found

  • Ride Elite Car is not responsible for personal belongings left behind

  • Contact support@rideelitecar.com or (703)-763-9774 as soon as possible to recover items


10. Delays & Force Majeure

  • Ride Elite Car is not liable for delays due to:

    • Inclement weather

    • Road closures or construction

    • Mechanical failures

    • Traffic congestion

    • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

    • Acts of God or government restrictions

    • Delays from airlines or ground carriers

  • We will provide updates and alternate solutions whenever possible


11. Service Availability

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability

  • If your selected vehicle is unavailable, Ride Elite Car may:

    • Provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle

    • Offer rescheduling

    • Issue a full or partial refund if no alternative is acceptable


12. SMS Messaging & 10DLC Compliance

  • Ride Elite Car uses 10DLC-verified messaging for service updates and marketing

  • You must opt in to receive SMS notifications

  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP

  • Common messages include booking confirmations, chauffeur arrival notices, vehicle tracking links, and promotions (if opted in)


13. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia

  • All legal disputes must be filed in the courts of Woodbridge, VA


14. Agreement to Terms

  • By booking or using Ride Elite Car, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions

  • Ride Elite Car may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes agreement to the latest version
